But this couldn't be further from the truth, because self-care is fundamental to our health and well-being, and the impact of taking the time to cultivate a personal self-care routine can be transformative in all aspects of our lives.
4 week Online E-Course: starting with the New Moon on 9 September 2018
With the help of essential oils, and following the lunar cycle, this course invites you start creating more space for self-care in your life.
In Weeks 1 and 2 we begin by setting intentions for our self care and exploring what oils can support us in developing a healthy and positive mindset, and how to tackle the self-critical gremlins that like to take over. This sets the foundation for Week 3 where we shift our focus to our bodies and what oils can help us nourish and nurture it. We work with oils that help us shift negative self-talk about our perceived physical imperfections, and learn to love and appreciate this beautiful gift we have been given. Week 4 is about bringing it all together and creating a realistic self-care plan that can be implemented easily and adapted to suit our busy lives when needed.
